Pastor Donald Highsmith is the founder of Highsmith Wellness LLC, an ordained pastor, and a pastoral counselor with more than 29 years of experience in chaplaincy, mentoring, and leadership development. His background spans church leadership, service in psychiatric and correctional facilities, and working with youth, individuals, couples, and families. He holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and brings biblical wisdom, attentive listening, and practical guidance to conversations about relationships, personal growth, and life direction. At Highsmith Wellness, he supports individuals, couples, families, and leaders through faith-informed pastoral counseling and practical coaching — with sessions that emphasize listening, goal setting, and actionable next steps.

Donte'a Highsmith is a Connecticut Licensed Master Social Worker with more than four years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. Her professional background includes multisystemic family therapy, school-based social-emotional learning, domestic violence advocacy, and crisis support. Through this work, she has developed a trauma-informed understanding of the pressures families face and the importance of practical coping skills, supportive relationships, and coordinated resources. Her experience directly complements Highsmith Wellness's family and parenting support, personal wellness education, and life-transition guidance.
