Pastor Donald Highsmith, M.A.
Pastor Donald Highsmith is the founder of Highsmith Wellness LLC, an ordained pastor, and a pastoral counselor with more than 29 years of experience in chaplaincy, mentoring, and leadership development. His background spans church leadership, service in psychiatric and correctional facilities, and working with youth, individuals, couples, and families. He holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and brings biblical wisdom, attentive listening, and practical guidance to conversations about relationships, personal growth, and life direction.
At Highsmith Wellness, Pastor Donald supports individuals, couples, families, and leaders through faith-informed pastoral counseling and practical coaching. Areas of focus include communication and conflict, premarital preparation, marriage enrichment, grief, personal transitions, and mentoring men in character and accountability.
Sessions emphasize listening, goal setting, and actionable next steps. Biblical guidance and prayer are incorporated by client choice. His work with Highsmith Wellness is administered separately from pastoral care at Grace & Truth Ministries.
